Dr. Amy is truly one of the best in her field. Few providers understand eating disorders the way she does and with her specialized help I was able to avoid needing more intensive treatment. Her approach is direct but compassionate and she consistently challenges clients to be the best versions of themselves. I have referred several close friends to her in the past and will continue to do so, as you would be hard pressed to find a clinician of similar caliber in this area.
I’m so thankful for the time I spent working with Dr. Amy. From the start, she was kind, open, and easy to talk to, which made all the difference. I had a hard time connecting with others and often doubted my place in friendships. Dr. Amy helped me understand those struggles and gave me the tools to build real, healthy relationships. For the first time, I feel confident in who I am and what I bring to others. I finally have self-esteem and a clear understanding of what I deserve in the relationships I choose.
I cannot recommend Dr. Amy enough. Not only did she help me through a rough time, but she gave me the tools I needed to overcome hardships in the future. Forever grateful for her guidance!
Dr. Amy is fabulous! She is very non judgmental and gets to know you to tailor a plan of how to best help you thrive. I feel very comfortable with her and look forward to my appointments with her. She is also very responsive to messages after my appointments as well as accommodating appointments around my work schedule. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!
