Dr. Amy is truly one of the best in her field. Few providers understand eating disorders the way she does and with her specialized help I was able to avoid needing more intensive treatment. Her approach is direct but compassionate and she consistently challenges clients to be the best versions of themselves. I have referred several close friends to her in the past and will continue to do so, as you would be hard pressed to find a clinician of similar caliber in this area.

I’m so thankful for the time I spent working with Dr. Amy. From the start, she was kind, open, and easy to talk to, which made all the difference. I had a hard time connecting with others and often doubted my place in friendships. Dr. Amy helped me understand those struggles and gave me the tools to build real, healthy relationships.
