Bad-tempered secretary/office assistant drove my family away from Dr. Bretan's practice after three weeks' experience. The secretary was verbally rude and actionably lazy, refusing to respond to requests from Dr. Bretan or external doctors to provide medical information vital for referrals ordered by Dr. Bretan.
