Dr Heffer, where do I even begin… made me feel super uncomfortable, asked very strange questions and seemed mindless the entire appointment. Never returned very weird lady.
She is my PCP and my daughters Pediatrician. We chose her as shes with U of M and considered a “Med/Ped” so we could both see her. I transferred my daughter from IHA and we are so happy! Dr. Hepper never rushes through our appts and she is very easy to talk to. Exactly what we were looking for. She is worth the wait when choosing a new primary care physician!
February of 2019 I was looking for a primary care provider and came across Dr. Hepper. She was not available until August of 2019 so I waited to get in with her as I wanted a u of m physician in the same office as my obgyn. During that appointment she answered her cell phone multiple times as I tried to be understanding as I know life happens and you never know what could be going on in someone’s life.
