I would highly recommend Dr. Dawson. I saw her regarding a long term/chronic issue and she is very professional and cares about her patients. She is very thorough as she took the time to go through the diagnosis and treatment plan, and I got a treatment on my first visit. Makes you feel comfortable and I am lucky to have been referred to her clinic. Also, Janine – very friendly and awesome receptionist
I saw Dr Amy Dawson for Vertigo that was bothering me for a couple days. After asking me a few questions she explained to me what was going on, and the type of vertigo I had. She performed this treatment/manoeuvre and my nausea and dizziness went away after 1 treatment. She also worked on muscles around my neck and shoulders since I am always stiff. She gave me some instructions to follow for a couple days after to make sure the dizziness didn't come back. I highly recommend Dr Amy!
