You cannot find a better dentist office in all of the GTA. Not only is Dr. Bishai a brilliant dentist with such deep knowledge, who has saved me and my teeth in MANY situations, her amazing team are the ones who bring the office to life. Poor office experience. Multiple times we were charged for services we did not receive because we have benefits. Most recently, my husband called to change an appointment and was met with rude front desk staff. When I called to also cancel our daughter's appointment, excuses were made to cover the rudeness he was shown. Dr Bishai is kind, when we see her, but due to her staff we will not be returning.
Dr. Bishai and her team are wonderful in every way. My children and I have been patients for many, many years. Extremely punctual and very skilled. We actually look forward to our visits!
When I first started seeing Dr. Bishai in 2007 she was totally awesome snd I loved her. On September 13 2012 I attived at 8:50 for a cleaning at 9:10 with Lina and dental exam with Dr. Bishai afterwards. This was my first meeting with the new "reception" lady Karen. I was on time for my appointment, in fact I was early. However, Karen informed me Dr. Bishai had given my appointment with Lina to another patient for fear "he will walk" if he couldn't have my appointment. But "it's okay you can see Mariola."
