Patients Be Ware! My wife, my daughter and myself were all patients of Dr. Bishai. My daughter's last visit was a disaster. She had a cleaning and dental exam. A couple days later I found out that when this visit was submitted to my insurance - Canada Life - the claim showed serviced that my daughter did not receive. This is clearly fraud! Also be careful which hygienist does your cleaning. While all seem friendly, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so rough, I lost part of a filling.
