Always a pleasure to visit with Dr Amy!
Dr. Koff is an incredible doctor and person. She has always gone above and beyond for me and has made sure I had the best of care. I was diagnosed with a rare cancer (unrelated to her field) and she was incredibly supportive and helpful when the side effects from chemo affected my skin. She even connected with my oncologist to make sure we were on the right track. I am so grateful for her and can’t say enough good things about her!
I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Koff is! She is prompt, respectful, diligent, and extremely compassionate. The 'care' in Healthcare is missing with so many providers, but not Dr. Koff. She and her entire team are outstanding! They truly go above and beyond every single time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Koff for several years and have always been impressed with her professionalism combined with her kind and compassionate heart. She always takes her time and explains everything thoroughly. Her office is run with care and efficiency. When you arrive for an appointment you are always taken in on time. I highly recommend Dr.Koff. She is a skilled and effective doctor. My experience has always been positive.
She is the most considerate , thoughtful, well educated Dr. I have ever been to in my 81 years!! I love her. After being diagnosed with stage 3 aggressive Squamous carcinoma. Dr. Koff gave me her cell home & told me to call her anytime. She found & made an appointment for me to see a top surgeon at Mass Eye & Ear in Boston! I owe her my life!!
