The doctor was very experienced, took the time to talk through my concerns and overall, it was a great experience.
I have found Dr Arnold to be an excellent communicator during my interactions with her. She is also an exceptional listener and that is super important. It was necessary for me to undergo a hysterectomy and at all times Amy considered my wishes - explaining the pros and cons. I attended the GAALS clinic some months ago on recommendation and referral from my GP. Although my symptoms were on the lower end, I trusted my GP's advice based on abnormal cervical screening. The relevant context is that I have seen my GP for over 5 yrs, she is very thorough and I trust her judgement and recommendation. I was referred to Dr Arnold by my GP, and I am so glad I was. From my initial visit, to my post surgery appointment, everything has been amazing. Dr Arnold provided me with all of the information I needed, so I could make the best decision for my situation. She is very caring and understanding, and was happy to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!). Surgery and recovery was great - and everything was exactly as she explained it would be. Rosie in the clinic is very caring and makes the entire process simple.
