People at the front desk need to be trained better. I called to make an appointment, was asked what insurance I had, and I told the girl the name of my insurance. She said that they do take my insurance and made my appointment. I drive 30 mins there after having to leave work early, fill out all of my paperwork for new patients, just to be told by someone else that they don’t take my insurance. Very professional and knowledgeable!
Dr. AGHA...... horrible bedside manner. He continuously made references to my insurance. Any appointments set you are seen 30 to 40 minutes after to be seen by him for 2 minutes as he shuffling you out the door. RUDE!
This is a great office with amazing staff. They always get me the treatment I need!
