I booked an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time here on Monday because they told me they accept Medicaid patients. I am dealing with a scalp cyst rupture and losing my hair so I was really wanting to get it taken care of ASAP. 2 days before my appointment they told me they don’t accept my insurance after they already told me they did and charged me $175 just to do a consultation and that it would be $800 out of pocket for a 10 min procedure. Worst experience ever. The fake doctor kept asking me to return just so I kept paying money and I saw ZERO results. When approached with the situation he claimed that he had NO CONTROL over my care.
Dr Agha made every effort to explain and resolve my situation. 2 visits later, all was well .Great humor, and kindness. Office personnel was on point. In and out services. Thanks again.
