I worked with Lauren for five years between 2020 and 2025. I also attended two seasons of her DBT classes. I have concerns that her individual therapy services were not only ineffective but may have even made things worse. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I had went to try EMDR therapy that has a proven track record. Instead it was suggested that I was very lucky to have one of the very few therapists that could perform Psych-K (which I later found out is not proven) and was asked if I was willing to give it a try. The therapist was very kind, but the Psych-K seemed like a bunch of "hocus pocus" to me. We were on a zoom call and she had me cross my right leg over my left. Lauren and her staff are professional, kind and above all skilled. I have always had a very positive experience with their office and highly recommend them.
Very nice therapist. Does a DBT skills group therapy also.
