Always pleasant and very professional, hardly any wait time ever. If you could say going to the Dr was enjoyable it would be at Dr Webber's.
Whole family has seen Dr Weber for years. He is an excellent listener and helped me with long term illnesses. Office staff are abrupt, disorganized, do not make calls back. Errors with Rx continually sent to wrong pharmacy, wrong Rx, wrong dosage. Wrong coding for hospital nearly had to pay entire bill. Often wait hours to see Dr. I was late 20 minutes because of a train stopped on the tracks, would not see my child.
We arrived at our appointment at 11 and were made to wait an hour and a half. I was really excited to meet Dr Weber as he came highly recommended. He also preformed the circumcision on my son so I really wanted him to see the same Dr. When I asked if we needed to reschedule I was told it'd be another 5 minutes, (I was told this twice 20 min apart) finally they said they'd get us in the room but there are still3 people ahead of us. Actually listens to you and tries his best to help or refer you to someonewho can help. Staff is excellent and extremely accommodating if your situation is harder than usual. They have gone above and beyond to help my babies and I. He delivered my third, a baby girl, and was by FAR the best doctor I've had through my three deliveries. Super patient, kind, compassionate, and caring. Look no further.
