I hope the doctor herself is reading this feedback. After repeated calls to the clinic, my wife and I were finally able to connect with the receptionist, Jasmine. I wish I could give negative stars. This doctor is extremely impatient and does not listen to the patient at all. Instead of understanding concerns or symptoms, she expects the patient to sit quietly while she somehow figures it out without proper communication. What is even more concerning is the medication being prescribed, which only seems to worsen the patient’s health rather than help. It honestly feels like she has no clue what she’s doing. In the early years, I found her to be attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in understanding her patients’ concerns.
