Reception staff were nice. The Doctor himself was awful. He did not listen to a word I was saying, spoke over me the whole time. He just diagnosed me with "contact dermatitis" and I was told to use Dove soap and a cream on my face. I left feeling like it was a waste of my time and I don't have proper answers as to what is causing my issue. I DO NOT recommend him at all. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Soon after Dr Jackson left, my entire family was kicked out of this practice because I was requesting an appointment for my type 1 diabetic child when he was ill. That’s it, that’s the reason we were left without a family Dr, my chronically ill son needed to see a Dr. He informed us through staff because he knew it was reprehensible but he is a coward.
