The staff in Dr. Rastogi's office needs much improvement. After you sign in it takes them 45 minutes to call you up to take your payment and then you still have to wait an additional 20-25 minutes to see the doctor. They will charge you the wrong co-pay also if you are not attentive. The wait is always longer than 1 hour to see Dr. Rastogi. His bedside manner is ok, he is very personable and upbeat. I have been a patient of Dr. Amitabh Rastogi for many, many years and would refuse to see anyone else. He is the greatest, takes time to explain procedures, medications etc. to you, and has a wonderful "bedside" manner. When he is not available I refuse to see another cardiologist (that has not happened yet). I would recommend Dr. Rastogi, and have done so, to anyone. He TRULY is "one of a kind".
