After a recent knee surgery this office was rude, hung up on me and refused to help me with pain management when I couldn't reach my surgeon for 5 days. As I was crying the nurse yelled.." I don't have to take this today" and hung up. Nice
I have had multiple elderly family members treated at this office, and the experience has been consistently terrible. The front-desk and support staff are rude, impatient, and often condescending toward elderly patients. Communication is extremely poor—questions go unanswered, instructions are unclear, and follow-ups feel like an afterthought rather than a priority.
