Was left waiting in the exam room almost two hours- arrived at 8:40 am for 8:45am appointment. After telling me the doctor would be in shortly I sat in the unattended room until 10:10 am when I finally walked out and was then informed the doctor hadn’t even arrived yet! Yes, you know it's bad when the doctors put up a sign saying they can't help with billing. They keep sending bills when they should be billing insurance on file. They agreed to bill visits to their office providers to PCP Seth, and instead can't find their way straight. Seth is inattentive. Not a "best doctor". I think they can pay to get that said. And they missed appointments. I had ungodly amounts of stress elevating my blood levels. When the stress stopped, it normalized. Then the stress went up again. They sent a letter... read more

Worst office management I ever encountered. My appt was for 1:45pm and an hour later, I still wasn't called until I let my voice be heard by the front desk. Dr's are amazingly passionate but their front desk and office management are terrible. They don't pick up or return phone calls that requires emergencies, but most importantly they won't explain any delays in the office. They rather be on social media.
