Dr. Mason is wonderful. Soft spoken and friendly The staff is horrible. They are rude and nasty on the phone but not in person leading me to think the calls are answered in a different place.
Dr. Masih has seen both me and my husband, and they've been great about accomodating joint visits so we can go together. I struggle with anxiety and Dr. Masih has a wonderful , caring bedside manner, which makes it easy for me to get questions answered and my concerns addressed. He takes time to answer your questions .
I am a clinical social worker and saw Dr. Masih for headaches. I found him totally willing to listen, helpful and encouraging and he solved the headaches. I have refered about five people to him who have had good results.
Dr. Masih has been very helpful. I had a severe headache for close to 3 months. He was able to break the headaches with medications and he was considering doing an injection. I would recommend him.
sent for continuous severe migraine headache pain that was already 2 months old, he prescribed Imitrex, when asked what if that does not work, what is plan B, all he said was come back in 6 weeks, the Imitrex failed to work less than a week later and his office would not respond when phoned about the failure, see again 7 weeks later and he still does not have a plan for treatment, come see me again in 6 weeks...... are you kidding, it looks like all the doctor does is teach and use his patient for test subjects, doctor does ... read more
