Toddy was my first appointment with Dr. Bagga. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time. Paid $3 to park my car. Filled the information sheet given by front desk. Answered all questions asked by the nurse. Then she said Dr. Bagga will see you in few minutes. Ten minutes later the nurse came back to exam room and said that Dr. Bagga will not be able to see you today because he is behind his schedule. WHAT??? Excuse me ??
