Dr Parvinchie and his staff are Amazing! Dr. has Excellent bedside manners and is there to help you ,he is professional knowledgeable and caring . The place is a breath of fresh air , it’s clean it’s bright and ladies up front are very accommodating, he has great advice his staff is trained to take care of all patience in a professional manner. ( You are playing with your life with this doctor)After receiving severe mental brain trauma I was treated like I was going to a gas station every time I went to his office. You will never see a Doctor you will only see an intern.Or a registered nurse. If they promise to give you referrals you will never get them ever. You will set appointments and show up. Not a good medical office. It takes an eternity to get to get a hold of someone on the phone, even for a refill of your medication. After coming here several years, I've have never seen the actual Dr. they always have a Nurse Practitioner instead. Even though I've asked to see the Dr prior to making the appointment. So, I'm switching to another practice.
The office staff, Johanna, Ivonna and Diana were extremely kind and personable. Destiny, from the back office , was also very kind and patient. Dr. Parvinchi was very professional, gave me sufficient time to explain the reason for my visit. I am looking forward to further visits at this clinic.
