Dr. Torabi is great. I’ve been having migraines since 6th grade (in my 20s now) & even my reg doctor would never take it seriously though I was popping aspirin daily & couldn’t leave the house out of trying to avoid getting migraines that left me off balance, dizzy & nauseous for multiple days at a time. The doctor would receive a 5 but his front office made my experience extremely unpleasant. First, I was only able to leave messages but no return calls. When I did get through the scheduler surely must have been having a really bad day as it was expressed through her poor communication skills. I had explained that I had just recently moved to Texas and ended up in ER and was admitted for about a week. Trying to get my monthly prescription filled is painful at this office. I have to go pick up a written prescription every month and the doctor will not let me fill it until the same day of the month. That’s fine, except when it’s filled for 30 days, some months have 31 days so I run out of the medicine and you can’t pick up the prescription from the office until the afternoon, so that another missed day of medication, and then the pharmacy has to order it, so that’s another missed day without the medication. My visits are great when the girls let me see him. I've been waiting three days now for a phone appointment concerning an urgent matter. The doctor said I could speak to him ANYTIME so I strongly suspect the girls are not telling him that I badly need his help.
Dr. Torabi is a compassionate amazing person and my experience was exceptional. He is dedicated and very passionate and understanding with his patients!
