I booked an appointment with him, had to cancel because when I called the receptionist to ask for a verification of address she asked something I could not understand, so I asked to please repeat and she repeated the question with a very sassy/rude tone breaking the words apart “La-la- laaaa la-la-laaaa la-laaaa la-la-la?” Lol 😂 she probably hates her job and/or she is tired of answering the phone?
