Mi experiencia muy desagradable, dicen que aceptan pacientes nuevos y no es verdad. Pedi mi 1ra cita para el mes de enero, pedi que alguien me cubriera en el trabajo y 1 dia antes de la cita me la cancelaron. Y perdi el dia de trabajo me la re-agendaron para mañana 17 de marzo y hoy me llamaron para cancelarla porque el doctor no podia atenderme. Nuevamente perdí otro día de trabajo. I recently tried to get established with Dr. Fazeli, a physician I had a positive experience with years ago. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Total Woman Healthcare was disappointing. When I first called to schedule an appointment, I was advised to continue with my current provider for my ongoing issues and to call back after my 6-week postpartum appointment to schedule with Dr. Fazeli. Seriously the best. Everybody in this office truly listens and respects you. The nurse practitioner makes my anxiety disappear. Dr Fazeli delivered my son and it couldn’t have gone better. The midwife was so kind and thorough. These people care about your health and you’re not just a number here.
