Dr. Radparvar has been my doctor for over a decade now. He is kind, asks questions, and listens to my concerns. I'm happy to have him as my endocrinologist.
I honestly wouldn’t even give him 1 star. I’m a former employee and he fired me due to a technical problem with charter and our phones. He is rude and treats his employees so bad. It’s ridiculous. He called me stupid multiple times. Honestly being fired was the best thing for me. But his other employees also left him. Including his office manager of 33 years! How crazy! If you aren’t getting calls back or meds. It’s because he has a whole new staff and they only had a few days of training each. So all I can say is good luck.... read more
I’ve been trying to get my prescription refilled for the last three weeks no answer no reply. I finally get a call back today to get the prescription refilled and they send it to a pharmacy in Wentzville????? Now I can’t get a hold of them again for them to fix there mistake. I probably have to wait another three weeks. This place is a joke.
It's a shame to leave a 1 star review because I think the Dr genuinely cares and seems generally nice. However, I am a type 1 diabetic and I have been waiting for a month to have my cgm prescription refilled. I'm not sure if this is fault of the office staff or the Dr. I have called just about every day for the past 2 weeks and left multiple messages but have heard nothing back.
