Dr Scopic and his staff were the best. Staff located my referral and called me to make appointment. Had two procedures done which Dr Skopic came to see me before and after. Very thoughtful and can be funny. Great manors. Very caring. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Skopic and his staff are outstanding! Today, I had to initiate a medication adjustment for my husband. Kim, who took my call, kindly apprised me that she had to pass my message on to the physician’s assistant, Dana. She said Dana was currently with a patient, but my husband would get a return call as soon as it was possible. I would say within 5-10 minutes, my husband received a call back! I just left this office and I’m completely appalled at the lack of professionalism of the office staff not to mention the seven minutes I spent for a consult that can easily be done right before your procedure. Please save your time your money and your effort. Talk about a complete waste of time.
Staff is amazing. Everyone is very welcoming and go above & beyond to help. Providers are very professional & thorough. The patient connection is unbelievable here. I recommend this office to everyone!
