Poor follow up, no patient care. Awful experience.
Doctor doesn't listen, always in a hurry to get you out.
I found Dr. Frank to be knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
She takes her time listening to your medical concerns and well being would highly recommend her to any of my friends and loved ones..
Quality of care was very poor. She forced me into a test that I initially declined coming back into the room and harassing me to take it when I knew there was now way I had the disease. Didn't submit the blood test request for another test and was called back to the lab again that afternoon and got stuck AGAIN!. then I had to see another dr, had another bill, because wouldn't submit another blood test to check my thyroid. This dr was just as bad! Won't be back, ever!
Dr. Frank was extremely knowledgable, patient, and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. She provided clear explanations to my questions, and took the necessary time to understand my concerns. Her energetic and jovial nature made the best of a very stressful and worrisome situation.
