Pam the Doctor's assistant was incredibly rude, over talking me and even getting to the point of yelling at me. Someone called twice and I was hung up on twice. After spending 2 weeks in the hospital this isn't how I expected to be treated by medical "professional s." Pam asked me about my discharge orders, I attempted several times to answer, however, she wouldn't be quite long enough for me to answer.
