After waiting over a year for this appointment, I was shocked by how unprofessional and dismissive this experience was. Dr. Amber Pepper barely acknowledged my son, who was the actual patient. She looked at him for a few seconds tops, said nothing to him, and made no effort to connect or evaluate him meaningfully. Instead of focusing on his neurological and immune concerns (which is why we were referred) she spent most of the visit trying to push outdated CDC handouts and criticize my parenting choices. Super in depth visit. Definitely went above and beyond
Worst Dr ever, she was very condescending and did my exam standing up which was completely odd. She said she didn’t think anything was wrong with me and questioned every ounce of information I thought was important. Much more happened but I’d rather not get into it more it was awful. I have low immunoglobulins and she didn’t care to help and immunology is so hard to find in tampa. I’d rather die than see her honestly
