While Dr. Rawal was very friendly and informative at each visit with my 89-year-old father, when the day of surgery came we never saw him. He never popped in to say anything to us before the procedure nor after the procedure. We had questions we wanted to ask him. We eventually called his office and spoke to a nurse. Dr. Rawal is one of the best of the best. He is very kind and personable. His knowledge and expertise is outstanding. He is caring and truly listens to his patients. He spent an above average amount of time with me during each visit and ensured all my questions were answered. If you are looking for the best urologist and surgeon Dr. Rawal is the guy.

I had an appointment that was set on Jan. 25 for today, Feb. 23. His office has called and/or texted me regularly for the last week reminding me of the appointment date and to be sure to have my insurance card and a form of payment at the appointment. His nurse called me at 7:30, 1 hour before the appointment time of 8:30 to tell me they didn't have the results of the labs that we were supposed to be discussing at the 8:30 appointment!
