The staffing in both the front office and back office has been wonderful from beginning to end. Everyone was welcoming and ensured I received all the proper care I needed to heal from my surgery. I took my son for an ENT appt. We waited an hour and half to be seen while the MD amar Gupta made snide comments about people “getting angry about the wait” when i simply asked if they had any other options for MD since he was so busy. The appt was a complete waste of time he claimed he cleaned out the blockage in my son’s ear only to find out during his audiology appt the ear is still totally blocked. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and experienced. He also has a good heart and is honest. He saw me in such short notice and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta.
