I took my son for an ENT appt. We waited an hour and half to be seen while the MD amar Gupta made snide comments about people “getting angry about the wait” when i simply asked if they had any other options for MD since he was so busy. The appt was a complete waste of time he claimed he cleaned out the blockage in my son’s ear only to find out during his audiology appt the ear is still totally blocked. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and experienced. He also has a good heart and is honest. He saw me in such short notice and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta.
Dr Amar and his staff were fabulous today, so very nice and personable....his work was professional and so very informative. We're working to resolve the issues with poor hearing in my left ear.
Such a great experience. Dr Amar went directly into looking at my daughters ears throat and nose, provided us clear answers and answered all of my questions. He was very genuine as well which makes all of the difference. I feel confident my daughter will be treated in a timely manner. Which gives me some peace
