Terrible office. Rude and unprofessional. This must be a reflection of Dr. Dodda who was shockingly terrible with his bedside manner. Uncaring, unconcerned, and distracted. Beware.
I have no issues with the Dc. Will move locations to woodlands to see him, but the staff at the tomball location is very unorganized, rude, and they don’t care. Grandma had an order done a month ago, and they still don’t have the results, but I have them in my hard and in MyChart, obviously they don’t want to log in and check. Not the first issue we have had. Worse doctor office experience I have ever had.
We loved Dr. Dodda and his staff! Lilly and Shayla were so sweet with helping us! They made us feel welcomed! Dr. Dodda took his time with my daughter who is 23 and disabled! He is doing a thorough check up on her! I don’t understand any of the bad reviews! If I could I would give them 10 stars! We have been to many many hospitals and doctors since my daughter was a month old and experienced many difficulties but believe me Dr. Dodda and his staff are amazing and nothing difficult, or unprofessional was seen today! called to verify appointment time and was told it was for a different day all together. rep on phone called out date then changed it on me mid call. will use someone else
Never received a call back to schedule. Tried for 2 months to schedule on a referral from PCP. No response at all is concerning.
