I do not understand why two patients said they were not rushed when I was rushed and someone in the doctor's office completed my online form because the form was already completed and completed incorrectly. Dr. Kennedy didn't take the time to listen and didn't even want to treat me. This was my second visit. Dr. Kennedy referred me to receive tests at the hospital without any indication or discussion of the costs associated with these tests. Finding out they would have been less expensive being referred to a center instead of the hospital was infuriating. I have already paid hundreds of dollars to WakeMed and just received a second bill for the Radiology Center...I will not be returning as the communication failed.
Dr. Kennedy is my absolute favorite! She’s extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Appointments are never rushed and she respects your opinions and decisions.
She listens and asks you to explain why you feel the way you do about tests/procedures. She respects your opinion and right to choose. She gives alternative suggestions instead.
Dr. Kennedy is a dream to work with. She is a great listener and takes the time to really care about her patients. I was thrilled to have her at the delivery of my last child. She seemed every bit as excited as we were. I would recommend this Dr and the rest of the practice to anyone.
