I didn't like the experience at all; they made me go all the way over there just to tell me that I have to undergo a test first. They didn't even examine me, and I was left still suffering from stomach pain. I didn't like the medical consultation one bit.
Dr. Kaur is a great doctor. I had a great experience with her and the team.
The doctor is very good and professional, but unfortunately the service at her office is not the best. They are always late and never have the courtesy to inform patients when appointments are running behind. When they call you for payment, the attitude is usually unpleasant. Today, I waited for more than an hour in the office, and no one came to explain what was happening, as if patients’ time didn’t matter.
