For a “wound care” center, they’re not very expedient at taking care of patients with wounds. First appointment was on the 11th, and the wound has to be unpacked and packed daily - a huge hole in his abdomen. A very painful experience. They didn’t call in lidocaine on the 11th like they said. Or the 12th. And now it’s the 13th and after calling FIVE TIMES, they finally called it in and guess what? The pharmacy has to ORDER the lidocaine.
