Terrible customer service. I was promised two weeks for glasses. It has now been three weeks and now they are saying another week? That will be a full month just to get a pair of glasses? I had to call two times and if I didn't call I would have no information at all on the status of my glasses. I do NOT recommend Mann Eye at all!

Not professional doctors. I had a retina exam from the surgeon above their office. Unlike other doctors, they wouldn't call upstairs, or allow me go upstairs to get the specialist's test results. I guess their generic optometrist need the extra cash, since its December and all.
