I have had Amanda Chung as my urologist over the past 5 years during which time I have had investigations, implant operations and other procedures. She is an amazing Urologist with excellent skill, knowledge and demeanour and takes the time to listen, reflect and suggest options. She has assembled an excellent team around her with her admin / reception staff responsive, interested and efficient, and her clinic nurse skilful, caring and effective. The worst appointment ever .. the location is not clear , i had an appointment @9:45 contacted the clinic @9:50 i was in the area , asking for direction i was told " because you're late Dr Chung won't be able to see you , so expect a long delay" this person didn't have the curtecy to assist me or even to appreciate that i drove more than hour ( they have my address). I informed this person to cancel my appointment, had to drive more than an hour back. Very disappointed this got nothing to do with Dr Chung but with her r... read more

Dr Chung is one of most sensitive and caring health professionals that I have had the pleasure to meet. Her physical and emotional consideration and treatment of my urological issues, her frank and honest approach and the support from her entire team - including Belinda - has simply been amazing. Incredibly Highly Recommended.

Would be helpful if her internet listing showed she was in the San Clinic as poor street number signs in Fox Valley Road. Also helpful if her telephone was answered as numerour calls went straight to voicemail on fixed phone despite her reception having staff present.
