I personally did not have a good experience with this office the staff is very rude because I was receiving infusions from them and they never could schedule me for a specific time to meet my needs my infusions were only about 20 min and when I missed a few appointments they canceled me as a patient and demanded that I have my pick line removed or they would call the police on me!! The employees at the front desk need better training on handling referrals. They could improve their interpersonal skills and practice basic common sense to achieve the above mentioned.
Dr. Mongia was very informative and seemed focused on getting me the correct treatment for my allergies. Definitely recommend.
