They have unprofessional customer service. Please find somewhere else instead of wasting time here. They don’t care about you or your patient.
There is a rude employee named Ola; we called to book an appointment with the doctor, but she refused to schedule it unless it was done through the insurance company. Although we asked to book the appointment with the option to pay either directly at the clinic or via insurance, she was uncooperative and suggested we see another doctor instead; her manner was poor and impolite.
