It is unprofessional of a business to schedule an appointment and make you wait for more than an hour after appointment time to be seen. If a patient or client show up late they are quick to cancel appointments. Asked 45 minutes after appointment time how much longer it would be before seen and was responded with, " there are still 2 clients ahead of you". It is hard enough to schedule appointments just to have to wait extended periods of time to be seen.
Dr. Ramirez is an excelent doctor, he's very professional, friendly with the patient, the best, he took care my of my children for 15 years.
