I don't often review doctors but Dr. Park is REALLY bad. She lacks empathy and compassion and is remarkably unprofessional. I had to go in for a cystoscopy a few years ago. That's a procedure where they shove a tube up your urethra and then shoot liquid into your bladder. It's very painful and you're supposed to be given some anesthesia so you're not feeling every gruesome detail. I would give a negative 1000 if it was available. This doctor should be out of practice. Highly unethical and REFUSED service to a patient with a legitimate medical concern requesting an ELECTIVE surgery. Will be reporting to medical board. Office manager Kelly no better she hung up on me was very rude and unkind instead of assessing the situation she got defensive and nasty right away. Not fit for her job!
