Don't go to this ENT group! You wait on the phone at least 30 minutes. Rude front desk people. Dr put tubes in my ears on a Thursday. Next day I was having horrible pain and vertigo. No one returned my repeated calls. Had to go to ER. I never right reviews but I'm doing so to hopefully keep someone away from going to this ENT group if you're thinking about going here.
My interactions with Dr. Kaplan have been constantly helpful, caring and professional. I've met many ENT'S and find her refreshingly compassionate, empathetic and truly just plain smart! Her advice comes from the best place. I'd give her 10 stars
My daughter and I have both seen by Dr. Kaplan a few times. We love her. We never felt rushed or compromised. Her staff has also been friendly and helpful as well. I don't understand these negative reviews. Sorry to hear that, but our experience has been much different. Plus she's a great doctor and extremely thorough and professional and respected.
Dr. seemed okay when I was there. I was given 10 minutes of her time but she seemed like she was not really interested in my case. She picked up on one thing and then that was it. It’s obvious they are there to make money and don’t care at all about helping you.
