I’ve been seeing Dr Bedgood going on 5 years now. She has always provided phenomenal service and a great experience overall. I’ve never felt rushed and she is a great listener too. She helps you get to the root of the problem then provides the service to get you back to where you need to be. I highly recommend her.
I won’t be going back! They don’t take insurance so you have to pay all the bill each visit. Then you have to try to collect from insurance. Not fun! I have been going to Dr. Bedgood for a short time. They cannot get my prescriptions correct. I have to make multiple trips to Walgreens, wait in long lines and either they haven’t sent it or they send the wrong thing. I called 4 times to get an ibuprofen prescription sent in. It’s been a bad experience getting my prescriptions correct. And extremely frustrating. I have no clue ... read more
Was billed incorrectly. Reached out to the front office about it and they responded very rudely. Tried to get it fixed but I have yet to be reimbursed for this mistake. Dr. Bedgood is very nice and thorough. Sad to say I won’t be back to this office.
