Long story short if you want your botox for headaches done by someone that chews gum like a cow with cud , even though asked politely to stop both times I was there then thats a place to go. I could go on and on but I wasted my time enough.
Worst doctors office ever. Very unprofessional. I was sitting around for hours every time I went. Then they wouldn't reschedule me either. Please don't waste your time. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
