I lost my hearing in 2022 and underwent a cochlear implant. As a clinical health psychologist, I'm well aware of my limitations and work to communicate. This was my second visit. I returned because of Dr. Arzner - who is leaving the practice. Unfortunately her tech comes across as quite hostile. i bent over backwards to explain my difficulties with earning and communication. I almost hesitate to say how fantastic Dr. Arzner is - I want to be sure she has plenty of time for me ! Seriously, she has helped me a lot through changes. She also provides detailed information on both prescriptions and over-the-counter products. Couldn’t ask for or even imagine better care! Thanks!!!
