It's amazing how things change with the right people in right roles. The new receptionist Julie is so nice and very kind. And the new nurse Tammy is also very cool and takes time and effort and never in rush. We appreciate the changes
Busy spot but staff are always on time for appointments. Dr. Abdulla and NP Melissa have offered kind and compassionate care for years.
This Dr is not delivering Medical care in an appropriate manner.Has accused my friend of being a drug abuser, of selling her pain medication.He has no reason to verbally abuse this person that I have known since 1998. She has requested consults for special medical concerns and is being denied. Her husband will be in a wheelchair soon plus serious heart condition.Refused him referrals for a cardiologist and pain management.He is palliative and should not have to suffer as he has.
A work colleague told us this provider was accepting patients, but what I got back from them was a demand to pay $100 per year to get any care from Kingsway with a complete rejection of being rostered. We can't allow our health care system to be privatized - whatever happens, do not pay this or any other doctor an annual fee for service. I have reported this doctor to the College.
Even though the doctors and nurses are great professionals, there is one person at the front desk who needs customer service education. If she does not feel happy with her job then she could change it, but she definitely does not know how to talk to people. It is extremely uncomfortable to call and or have an appointment and find out she is the one at the front desk. I love when Julie or the men takes the call or receive me at the front desk.
