Dr. Massenburg is dope!!! It certainly is a southern/slower pace.
This one star is for the staff at the office NOT for Dr. Massenburg - She is FANTASTIC! ! However, I had a very frustrating experience with a staff member I spoke to today. She was extremely rude and kept bringing up a bill I owed from 10 years ago. This was the first time I heard of this bill but that's all she wanted to talk about instead of making my appointment. It seems she needs a course in customer service to learn how to communicate better. Ultimately, she hung up the phone on me.
Love this practice and especially Dr. Massenburg. She is super thorough and makes me feel comfortable talking about anything and everything.
The staff is fantastic.
