I'm a new patient of Dr. Warr and called and spoke to the Receptionist trying to make an appointment ASAP because I had a lot of things going on..I called and the Receptionist asked,"What type of insurance do you have"I told her CignaHMO but that wasn't good enough and wanted to know the name...I called my employer and they told me...I called back and she still acted as if that wasn't it either..After calling 3 times she asked for my information and said she would call back..That was on Wednesday, June 10th and days later st... read more
Exceptional care, Dr. Warr is very personable, he knows how to make you feel at ease. Im so glad my daughter recommended him to me.
Upon entering The Light Clinic waiting area, I was greeted by the front desk staff which was very kind and polite; as well as the nurse/staff in the back office. Dr. Alston Graham Warr MD is very knowledgeable and was attentive of my medical issues, with a great listening ear, where he showed a caring demeanor with a kind spirit.
