My last virtual, I paid my co pay & never had my appointment. I want my money back!
I'm super disappointed with this office as I am a new patient. It took about 2hours to get the link for the virtual visit as a new patient . Then they were quick to take my copy before seeing the doctor. I finally got the link and waited for one hour and no one came. The sad part of this is that I would be in the medical field and we would call our patient to inform them if the doctor is running late. So disappointed in the service I have got.
Exceptional staff, courteous and helpful; Dr Banks, and other medical staff, answered all my questions, issues and concerns before procedure, during and follow-up . Medical care at Bowie office. I highly recommend.
