Such a caring helpful doctor and person
Great doctor and he listens to all the details and tells you what he thinks you need to do. Staff is very good and helpful.
Staff is horrible. They don’t answer their phone most of the day. I know this because I’ve called them many different days during all different hours, not just during their one hour break, which they all take at once. You can leave a message but good luck because you only have a 50/50 chance of getting a return phone call. I’ve called and left two messages within 2 or 3 days apart, one inquiring about bloodwork and the other trying to make an appointment, and no one returned either of those messages.
