I'd like to say this is one of the most professional facilities that I have to see regularly the whole team from the receptionist to the specific doctor.
I do not recommend this provider, especially to women of color. My experience was consistently dismissive. Despite ordering lab tests, the doctor failed to act on or discuss the results with me and refused to establish a viable care plan. I felt my health concerns were ignored, which forced me to seek a new PCP who could provide the attentive care and correct medication management I needed.
The Dr is great but some of the staff are extremely rude, especially the older lady!! They act as if they are inconvenienced by the patients and don't you dare ask them a question!
