The customer service person is aggressive when giving information, the information is unclear and incomplete. For a person who has been in the same position for so long, she should be more professional and tolerant. The doctors are very good and offer great service. My wife goes frequently for her routine checkups and the lady never changes her quality of customer service, especially with Spanish speakers. Dr Goyal and his wife are amazing professionals, excellents Doctors, My husban Oscar Membreno is his patiente since 1998 and I have 10 years with them, they are compassive, and always keep us healthy, the Front Desk girl, Dora does an exceptional work at the front desk, hopefully she works there forever, jeje she is very helpful and always is in good mood. I've been going to Dr Goya's for a little time now. My experience with him as a professional had been great! He's thorough and LISTENS to your concerns! He looks for real solutions etc and he's honest(too honest sometimes) lol and that's a good thing.. the staff is amazing!! I been going to Dr Goyal for a few years now and I think he is an amazing doctor. His wife is also an amazing person to. The NP she is so nice as well and brakes everything down for you. I like that the doctor don’t sugarcoat nothing he tells you what it is. Dora the receptionist I love her she is so helpful! The only thing I would change would be like when you call at times they don’t answer other then that there very good.
