Today I called to get a prescription refilled and they wouldn't help me. They answered the phone several times and then put me on hold for more than 15 minutes! I have asthma and I needed my inhaler! The customer service is terrible over the phone and terrible in person! Very disappointed

I can not even give them 1 star… Hands down one of the most unprofessional staff in any Doctors office… Here’s my story.. I had a scheduled Colonoscopy today, Monday December 29th, which was scheduled by Dr Goyal’s staff months ago when Dr Goyal advised me that I was due for a colonoscopy.. No one in his staff bothers to call me and confirm my scheduled date on December 29th except me who tried calling his staff multiple times the week before my scheduled date.. Guess what..
