I been coming here to this office for years now. If you could find another doctor somewhere in your area other than this office great. Please don't come here very disrespectful staffing, half of the office is young girls with snotty attitudes. Please I repeat go somewhere else for your health, they have you waiting for hours. All about the money. As of today I'm looking for a new doctor thank you so much

i have been left several times waiting to hear back from the doctor. i understand things get busy but you can’t tell me i have an online appointment at a certain time and then not send me the information for the appointment. i have been calling and leaving messages all day. no one called me back at all. my mother had to tell me they changed my appointment. things are not taken seriously here.
I was scheduled to do a milk test this morning at 8:30 AM. I arrived before the appointment time and sat down until 8:30 AM when I checked in. I waited until 9:30 AM for someone to call me. When the doctor finally placed me in a room, I waited for hours. She came to see me only once, and after that, everyone ignored me. You attend to all the Hispanic people and forget the blacks.
