I wish I could give zero stars. This office is literally the worst doctor's office I've ever had the displeasure of going to. My mother is 72 years old and in a wheelchair. She is in constant pain due to arthritis and a fractured femur injury. First of all when I tried to make an appointment, they gave me the run around claiming she wasn't a patient when in fact she was. I had to make an appointment through the insurance. Staff should not being answering the phone is they can’t answer a question as simple as do I need a referral from a regular doctor And supposedly they also do not take Blue Cross Blue Shield

Runnnnnnnnnn Fassssst the staff is extremely disrespectful......they have you on long holds, charts are messed up and not organized. They get mad at you because there not doing there job right. Do not trust these people with your parents.....they should honestly do a investigation they commit fraud workers stealing client information
